We are a team of Marketing, Real Estate, Sales and Web Development experts from four different countries and two different continents. We have almost two decades of experience from four different markets – Ukraine, Serbia, Czech Republic and now Macedonia, with a total market population of more than 50 million people. The project SQUARE was started in Kyiv, Ukraine in 2021, where before the war more than 12.000 residential units were built annually just in Kyiv alone. Because of the current circumstances, and Russian aggression towards Ukraine we had to leave the country. Due to the kindness, hospitality and friendliness of Macedonian people we decided to continue with our project in Skopje, Macedonia.
Our mission is to make real estate trades regardless if it is a sale, or purchasing, or renting, an easy, safe and transparent process where both sides, the owner and the buyer, or tenant, are 100% satisfied with the provided service.
From one side we are a real estate agency, taking in consideration that we have an inhouse web, and application development, from the other side, we are a tech company as well. As the future belongs to technology, we do believe that sky’s the limit.
